two exclusively made for us by our local Derbyshire butcher) black pudding,
mushrooms, tomato, baked beans, potato waffle. Add an oat cake to make
it a Derbyshire breakfast! Served with either
fried, scrambled or poached eggs.

whilst enjoying the views over the Hope Valley and the birds on the
feeder (last count 60 varieties).

ingredients are locally sourced, (pork from Ashbourne, eggs - local
and free range from happy hens who roam on the heather organic &
GM free- for example). Some Free Trade supplies used. The marmalades
and preserves are home made, some using our own fruits from the garden.
The Honey is Peak District Cuisine too!
This

in the Peak District.
